Meet The Founder & CEO

Hello, I'm Samantha!

My mission is to help other grievers find their light in the darkness of grief. I know that in grief you

need to become physically and emotionally active, rather than shut down or running away from it all. But I also understand how hard it can be to take those early steps into this forever changed life.

The grief support boxes, 1 to 1 coaching and other services I offer have been created from a combination of my lived experience of grief and knowledge I have gained as part of my qualifications.
